Our take
This set is similar to many adjustable dumbbells on Amazon. The 5-in-1 feature allows barbell and dumbbell configurations, which is nice. The handles are a decent 24mm diameter, but the cement-filled plates feel cheap and can chip over time. Changing weights requires unscrewing the nuts, which is slower than dial systems. At $156, it's reasonably priced, but you get what you pay for. It'll work for light to moderate use, but not for heavy lifting or frequent changes.
